Hidden Still Spirits, owned by David and Joleen Stein, began its journey in 2014 to become the largest producer of PA craft straight bourbon whiskey. We are proud to say we are exactly that and more due to our dedication to grain-to-glass and quality premium products. Lead by head distiller Coty Edwards, Hidden Still Spirits offers a full line of spirits. We hold nothing back when it comes to distilling deliciously unique and award-winning spirts.
A must try is the David E. Black Label, our flagship bourbon which has been aged at least 4 years. In addition to the Black Label, our bourbon line consists of David E. Red, Yellow and Double Oaked. Our Old Farm Pennsylvania Rye, David E. Straight Rye and Blue Eyed Six, a Kentucky Whiskey, aged in previously used bourbon barrels, rounds out our whiskey line. Complementing our craft whiskeys are Hidden Still Vodka, Gin, Rum and Spiced Rum on top of other specialty spirits. Relax, unwind and imbibe with one of our signature cocktails after sampling some free spirits. Try our Strawberry-Lemon Sour, Spring Tonic, classic Old-Fashioned, Keystone Mojito or other delectable hand-crafted concoctions.
There’s always something good cooking in our food truck. Indulge with Chef Nick’s signature BBQ Ribs, Smash Burger or one of his weekly specials. The courtyard is open Wednesday & Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM and Friday & Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM. Hidden Still Spirits Distillery is located in one of the historic buildings of the Hershey Extraction Plant on the alley of the north side of the 500 block of West Chocolate Avenue. It was here that cocoa shells were once pressed to remove the liquid to make cocoa butter soap. Today the repurposed building produces our fine line of bourbons and spirits. Directly next to the distillery is our soon to be restaurant which will open in the fall.
