The 104-acre Fowlers Hollow State Park is on the edge of Tuscarora State Forest at the intersection of several multi-use trails. In the late 1800s, the picnic area of the park was the site of a sawmill that supplied lumber products to the forest industry. The dog-friendly campground of the park is a good base for adventures into the huge tract of public land.
