Submit an Event
Our destination hosts more than 10 million visitors each year, and they're always looking for things to do! As a Partner, you can post your public events so our calendar is always up to date with exciting activity options for our guests.
With approximately 300 Partners, we aim to promote events that have the broadest appeal for incoming visitors and overnight travelers. Read our criteria to see if your event is right for our calendar:
- You're a Visit Hershey & Harrisburg Partner. Check!
- Event takes place at a Partner location (yours or another VHH Partner).
- Event is open to the public, with a reasonable expectation that out-of-town guests may attend. This isn't the right calendar for community events for locals like church functions, school plays, or member-only activities.
- Event is appropriate for a family-oriented destination like ours.
- Event will take place at least one week from the day you submit. We may post it sooner, but this allows time for review, approval, and posting to our calendar.
Please note that all events submitted will be reviewed by Visit Hershey & Harrisburg before posting. Visit Hershey & Harrisburg reserves the right to edit any submitted event descriptions to ensure accuracy and brevity.
**When adding a picture of your event, please submit it in a 3:2 landscape ratio. Minimum pixel dimensions are 566 px wide by 377 px high.
