Cool cars and timeless trucks. Shining chrome and purring engines. Old rides. New rides. Fast rides. Dream rides. Mecum Auctions is the place to be for every kind of car enthusiast. From the “that’s kind of cool” casual fan to the “saved for years to bid on THIS car” determined bidder, there’s a place for everyone at this high-energy event.
Classics. Customs. Collections.
Mecum Auctions feature muscle cars, sleek sports cars like Corvettes and Mustangs, and rare exotics. Trucks and motorcycles go up for bid, along with neon memorabilia in the Road Art® portion of the auction that happens every morning for about an hour before the vehicles start rolling.
Wednesday’s schedule is when many bidders find bargains on entry-level or “project” cars. As the auction rolls on, it builds to a Saturday filled with rare vehicles that sell at the highest prices. Bidders must pre-register, but you don’t have to be a bidder to take in the show as a spectator. With more than 1,200 vehicles parked across 1 million square feet of space at the PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, set aside at least a few hours to see some of the world’s most sought-after collector cars.
