Harrisburg, PA (October 21, 2025) -- Visit Hershey & Harrisburg (VHH) welcomed partners in tourism, elected officials, and community stakeholders to its FY24-25 Annual Meeting today at King Mansion in Harrisburg. VHH President & CEO Sharon Myers highlighted milestones, special projects, and the overall impact destination sales, marketing and experience efforts have on Dauphin and Perry counties.
"The successes we have achieved as an organization are the direct result of your partnership and commitment to our shared mission," Myers told those gathered in the event venue's ballroom. "Together, we will continue to showcase the Hershey Harrisburg Region as a welcoming, vibrant, and inspiring destination, " she continued.
VHH, along with its dedicated sports & events division (Hershey Harrisburg Sports & Events Authority) and its Capital City-focused division (ExploreHBG), work to position our destination as a premier place to visit, meet, play, and discover.
Highlights
Destination sales (Meetings, Group, International, Sport & Events) efforts generated 154,852 booked room nights.
Paid marketing campaign efforts (VHH + ExploreHBG) delivered 145.7 million impressions to target markets.
Organic social media efforts generated 2.2 million post views.
Special projects like the Brew Barons Beer Trail 5th anniversary, the ExploreHBG "Color the Burg" coloring book, and hosting the ABA Board of Directors meeting helped our team to engage with guests and stakeholders.
