What is my Partner Portal Account?

Partners can update website listings, add special offers and events, view a benefit summary, and view leads by logging on to our Partner Portal.

How do I get my information added so I can access the Partner Portal?

Your information should be automatically added with your Partnership contract. Contact us with any questions or problems or if you wish to add additional staff to the Partner Portal.

How do I reset my Portal password?

If you forget your password to the Partner Portal, you can go here and click on "Forgot Password" to have it email you instructions to reset it. (Please check your junk email folder if you don't see an auto email in the first few minutes.)

After I’ve received my login credentials, how do I update my listing (adding photos, videos, events, etc.)?


Why isn't my photo or a change I made through the Portal showing up on my listing?

VHH approves all the listings first before they are published live. If you believe there is an error or it has been over 2-3 days, please contact us for assistance. You may need to clear your cache. 

What else can I do on the Partner Portal?

Check for leads if you are set up to receive them, share Partner-to-Partner offers, and post anniversaries and milestones.

I'm not getting your emails. What can I do?

First, check you junk/spam email folders and mark as safe sender/not junk if they have ended up in there. Next, double check the spam filters ( not spam folders) and make sure there is no rule that may be blocking the emails. Typically our emails come from or Finally, please add the following two IP addresses to your whitelist:

For leads, our CRM uses the following IP addresses. If you are not receiving leads, you may need to whitelist these. 


How can I maximize my company's presence on

The best way to strengthen your company's presence on our website is through a creative listing. Through our Partner Portal, you can create a description of your business, display images, and offer special discounts to visitors.

How can I submit an event to be included in the "events calendar" found on

Use the Partner Portal (Collateral then Calendar of Events) to submit your event. We approve all events before they go live, and it may take a few days to appear. We recommend submitting your events several weeks to a month in advance to ensure visitors have time to see it. Visit our Submit an Event page to review our criteria or submit your information using the online form.

Yes. Please contact us with any photography needs.

Can you help me distribute my brochures throughout the area?

Yes! Have your brochure seen by thousands of visitors each month at our visitor center locations. Contact us to have brochures placed in the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center as well as the Downtown Information Center in Harrisburg.
