Visit Hershey & Harrisburg (VHH) is the official non-profit partnership-based Destination Marketing Organization serving Dauphin and Perry counties. The VHH team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales, marketing, and communication programs to attract leisure, business, group, and sports & events markets to the Hershey & Harrisburg Region.

Who Qualifies For VHH Partnership?

Tourism-related businesses in Dauphin and Perry Counties can qualify to become a VHH Partner. This includes Accommodations, Restaurants, Breweries, Vinyards/Wineries,  Attractions, Venues, and Retail.  Businesses located in neighboring counties are considered at the descretion of VHH. Partnership Levels

 

COMMUNITY PARTNER - $ Free 

This option includes a basic listing on the VHH website leisure section (available to approved tourism related properties).

 

MARKETING PARTNER - $450*

(Previously "Investing Partner") This option is our most popular Partnership level featuring several key benefits. As a Marketing Partner you’ll receive the following benefits:

  • A listing on the VHH website leisure section 
  • Ability to add visitor-friendly events to VHH events page
  • Partner newsletters featuring industry research, upcoming events, grant opportunities and more
  • Exclusive access to Partnership events including the annual meeting, networking, and other Partner-only programming
  • Data highlighting visitor geolocation and foot traffic analytics (at discretion of VHH)
  • Direct referrals to potential visitors seeking recommendations on things to do, where to stay, etc.
  • Support from our team of Sales & Marketing, Sports & Events, and Experience Development professionals
  • Opportunity to participate in partner-only advertising programs
  • Advocacy and financial support including Marketing Assistance & Co-Op Advertising
  • Exclusive access to large scale regional events listing
  • Inclusion in the Brew Barons Beer Trail for eligible breweries
     

LEADS PARTNER - $900*

This package is for non-accommodation Tourism businesses who would like to receive referrals from our Sales teams.  This package includes:

  • All of the benefits listed above for Marketing Partners as well as:
  • Sales referrals for Groups and/or Meetings & Conventions & Sports & Events
  • Access to trade show contacts and notes for selected market(s)
  • Listing on website for selected market(s)
  • Representation at industry trade shows
  • Opportunity to host site visits and FAM tours
  • Opportunity to be featured in destination profile sheet
  • Non-accommodation Leads & RFPs

If your business accommodates overnight guests, this package offers enhanced opportunities to connect with group leaders, meeting and sports/events planners.  This package includes:

  • All of the benefits listed above for Marketing Partners as well as:
  • Sales referrals for Groups and/or Meetings & Conventions & Sports & Events
  • Access to trade show contacts and notes for selected market(s)
  • Listing on website for selected market(s)
  • Representation at industry trade shows
  • Opportunity to host site visits and FAM tours

*Note: Out of County - VHH welcomes impactful partners located outside of Dauphin and Perry counties. Membership dues will be 150% of in-county tourism assets. VHH reserves the right to identify partners that best fit the needs and interests of our clients and visitors.
