JOHN HARRIS-SIMON CAMERON MANSION
One of Harrisburg’s historic residences, the John Harris-Simon Cameron Mansion has stood the test of time to tell the story of the prominent Pennsylvanians it housed over the centuries. Its original owner was John Harris, Jr., Harrisburg’s founder and namesake, and was later owned by Simon Cameron, notable statesman and Secretary of War under President Abraham Lincoln.
