Religious Meeting Planners

Guidelines:

With advance notice, VHH Staff can be available to escort a planner for maximum of 1 day within the Hershey Harrisburg region.
Maximum of 1 complimentary nights lodging in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania.
- Additional nights will be at the Client's expense.
- VHH will try to arrange for an industry rate based on availability.
Travel arrangements to and from the Hershey Harrisburg Region is the responsibility of the Client.
VHH is unable to reimburse the Client for costs associated with car rentals, mileage, or any purchases made during the FAM / Site Visit.
Itineraries are developed for the Client and One (1) Guest. Any other guests accompanying the Client will be responsible for their own expenses.
Meals and gratuities are not provided unless specified in the itinerary.
