The Midtown Scholar Bookstore's Annual Outdoor Tent Sale

Mark your calendars, book lovers. Our most popular annual event is back — and bigger than ever. The Harrisburg Book Festival is proud to host our annual outdoor tent sale with over 30,000 used books priced at $1, $2, and $3. The book sale will take place on Verbeke Street in front of the Broad Street Market, adjacent to the bookstore, from Wednesday, October 9th through Sunday, October 13th. This year’s sale will feature bargain books and hidden gems in fiction, history, politics, art, children’s, poetry, photojournalism, biography, sports, and much, much more. Rain or shine, we'll see you there! Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
