Join us on October 3rd for our signature event of the year, Night at the Museum (NATM). This year we're celebrating our emerald anniversary with an evening to relax, catch up with friends, enjoy live music, and take a “drive through time.” Hosted by Bill Rothermel, the museum’s collections committee chair, we'll highlight compelling stories of vehicles from our intriguing collection of cars, trucks, buses, and motorcycles. Bill has served as the Master of Ceremonies of concours throughout the U.S. including Amelia, Boca Raton, Greenwich, Detroit, Radnor Hunt, Chattanooga, Hilton Head, and Cavalcade Miami.
Honoring those who make it all possible
In addition to celebrating the museum’s milestone, NATM is a night to show our deep gratitude for those who support museum efforts. Each year, we honor one individual with our prestigious AACA Museum, Inc. Automotive Heritage Award. This year’s award is presented posthumously to David S. Cammack. Also, we recognize our annual class of William “Bill” Smith Fellows. Each is honored for his/her commitment to museum advancement. The 2023 Fellows class includes Randy Wilcox, Dottie Schultz, and Bob Schultz.
Great food, cocktails, and entertainment
The evening kicks off at 5:00 PM with a reception featuring the music of solo looping artist Danny Spec and plenty of time to connect with friends. Dinner follows at 6:00 PM expertly prepared by the C&J Catering team. Jazz Me Rhythm & Blues Band performs live throughout the evening. Guests can expect a music mix that spans the decades, an engaging program, and a unique silent auction as we celebrate our emerald anniversary.
