This Vinyasa (flow)-style class is dynamic and invigorating for all levels of yoga. The sequence of poses are practiced in a room heated to approx. 90 degrees thanks to our advanced infrared heating system. This gentle and precise heat is therapeutic and helps increase flexibility, cleanse the body, enhance cardiovascular health, and reduce stress. The workout is challenging, fun, and will make you sweat. It also enables deep, meaningful stretches for both your body and spirit. Poses can be modified for those newer to practicing yoga.
