Berry Bash

We’re on a mission to bring you a fundraiser focusing on FUN! The theme of the Berry Bash is “dress up or dress up” (costume or cocktail!). We can’t wait to see what you wear!

Enjoy great food & drink, photo opps, and other yet-to-be-announced fun (maybe a costume contest?). Plus, dance the night away with the full Funktion band live on the UPMC Stage at Strawberry Square!

We’re thrilled to partner with The JDK Group, who will provide delicious heavy hors d’oeuvres and passed desserts*.

Stationed Hors D’Oeuvres

• Mediterranean Spiced Chicken Skewer
• Marinated Chicken Thigh on a Bamboo Skewer,
• Mediterranean Spices, Lemon
• Caribbean Cranberry Meatballs
• Cranberry Jerk Sauce
• Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce
• Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip Baguette Slices

Make Your Own Steak Sandwich Station

• Seasoned Grilled Beef Tenderloin or Portabello Mushroom with Mojo Verde, Basil Horseradish Aioli, and Peppadew Peppers

Plus, Local Garden Tomato Station and Crudité Display. Later in the evening, enjoy passed desserts, including Strawberry Rhubarb Streusel Bars, Peanut Butter Espresso Brownies, and Raspberry Limeade Miniature Indulgence Jar.
