About Art of the State 2016:
The 49th Annual Art of the State is recognized as the official, statewide juried competition for Pennsylvania artists. Jurors selected artwork from five categories, Craft, Painting, Photography, Sculpture and Work on Paper. The exhibit runs from June 26 through September 11, 2016. Art of the State is presented by Jump Street and The State Museum of Pennsylvania.
Museum hours are Wednesday through Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Admission is $7 for adults (ages 12-64), $6 for senior citizens (ages 65 and up), and $5 for children (ages 1-11).
