Contestants may select from four categories:
Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork (Shoulder or Boston Butt), Brisket or select all four. The Grand Champion must excel by barbecuing all four categories of meat. Prizes are also awarded in individual categories as well. Only one entry per team per category is allowed in the meat division. Visit the KCBS website for rules on meat preparation, www.kcbs.us. Contestants will supply their own meat.
