Who says you need to pack your bags for New York or D.C. to immerse yourself in culture? Thanks to the self-guided trail known as Route 15 Byway of the Arts, artistic enlightenment can be achieved in a day's road trip. Developed in 2005 to highlight American artisan craft and to promote tourism, the trail runs from Boiling Springs to Williamsport, PA.
