Slice of Life - Wine & Pizza at Harrisburg's Cork & Fork

The concept is simple: pizza, wine, and small plates in a great space. Cork & Fork opened in November 2014 in downtown Harrisburg on a previously unused corner of Second and State Streets. The result is a chic, but not stuffy hot spot, attracting politicos and Harrisburg's hip both day and night.

Linglestown - 250 Years of History

Paulus Lingel came to Philadelphia from the Palatinate region of Germany around 1737. He had 11 children. One of his seven sons was Thomas Lingle. Through generations of begetting, people today named Lingle, Lengel, and Langle, are linked to their common forebear, Paulus and to the crossroads town that came to be named after Thomas Lingle.
